Services and Fees
I accept payment in cash or check at the time of service. I am accepting a limited number of those insured by Anthem Blue Cross, but do not accept other insurances at this time.
Note: Having a valid insurance plan does not guarantee payment for services. If you plan on seeing me through your insurance, please contact Anthem to clarify the amount that you will be responsible for covering.
My private pay fees are as follows:
-Initial Consultation (90 min): $450
-Psychotherapy + Medication Management (50 min): $300
-Medication Management (20-30 min): $160
